Job Description
We are looking for motivated, reliable Customer Support Specialists to join our network of virtual agents. In this role, you will provide inbound phone, chat, or email support for well\-known Fortune 500 companies (such as major airlines, retailers, and hospitality brands) via the Arise platform.This is a **1099 independent contractor opportunity**, allowing you to set your own hours and choose the clients that best fit your skills.**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound customer service inquiries, reservations, or tech support requests.
* Research and resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally.
* Navigate multiple software systems and client databases simultaneously.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times.
**Requirements**
* Must be 18 years or older and reside legally in the United States or Canada.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* A quiet, distraction\-free workspace with a reliable PC, high\-speed wired internet, and a USB headset.
* Ability to pass a standard background check.
Job Type: Contract
