Customer Success Manager (Head of Virtual Assistants)

We place skilled VAs into companies across 10\+ niches: law firms, bookkeepers, executive assistants, ad agencies, video editors, cold callers, and more. We're a remote team of \~8, and this is our **first U.S.\-based hire.** We need someone to be the face of Expert Assistants to our clients and the go\-to person for every VA on our roster. **What you'll do:** * Take onboarding and client calls * Walk clients through VA interviews and recommend the best fit * Own onboarding start to finish * Keep client and VA contracts in order * Make sure every assistant has what they need to succeed * Own success for both clients and VAs **What we're looking for:** * Experience working with virtual assistants (required) * You understand the remote, work\-from\-home world * Strong on calls, clear with recommendations, great at building trust * Highly organized, U.S. based **Comp:** $3,000–$5,000/mo base \+ commission \+ profit share, with real room to grow.
