Location: RemoteRemote VA PH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth experience for tutors and students. This role involves managing user intake, providing customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks for the President.Key Responsibilities: Review and approve new tutor and student accounts Communicate with users via text and email to guide them through setup and onboarding Follow up with users to ensure regular tutor-student sessions Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist the President with scheduling, sending calendar invites, invoicing, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and ensure all operational processes run efficientlyRequirementsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills Professional email and text etiquette Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Comfortable using Google Voice for communicationBenefitsWork From HomeWeekly PayOriginally posted on Himalayas
