Our team is data-driven, fast-moving, and deeply committed to the success of every client we serve.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to own the day-to-day management of a key client account. This is not a passive role. You will be the main point of contact for your client, keeping communication clear, projects on track, and issues resolved before they become problems. You will use data to identify what is working, flag what is not, and bring the right people in when escalation is needed.If you are someone who keeps organized in the middle of complexity, follows up without being asked, and genuinely enjoys figuring out what the numbers are telling you, this role was built for you.What You Will DoServe as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned client account, building a strong and trusted working relationshipKeep projects, deliverables, and timelines organized and moving forward across internal and external stakeholdersMonitor campaign and account performance data, identify trends, and flag issues or opportunities proactivelyCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, calls, and regular updatesEscalate concerns to internal teams at the right time, with the right contextDevelop a working understanding of performance marketing principles, affiliate channels, and how Madrivo delivers resultsMaintain accurate account documentation and reportingWhat We Are Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skills, you represent the company in every interactionExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without things falling through the cracksA data mindset, you are comfortable pulling reports, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions from numbersA natural follow-through instinct, you close loops without needing to be remindedProfessional judgment about when to handle something independently and when to escalateA genuine interest in learning the performance marketing industry from the inside out1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client services, marketing coordination, or a similar client-facing role preferredWhy MadrivoYou will join a team that takes performance seriously and treats clients as true partners.
