Chief Administrative Officer (Part\-Time Contractor)

Position Overview
Dream Chaser Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented **Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)** to support the President \& Chief Dreamer (PCD) across the Dream Chaser ecosystem, including Dream Chaser Group, Dream Chaser Foundation, and Today’s Truth.
This role serves as the primary administrative and executive support partner to the PCD, ensuring that calendars, communications, meetings, projects, and operational details are managed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys creating order, structure, and consistency in a fast\-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive \& Administrative Support
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the PCD and internal/external stakeholders
* Manage and maintain the PCD's calendar, appointments, and scheduling priorities
* Screen, manage, and distribute emails and correspondence
* Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare supporting materials
* Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address priorities
Meeting \& Communication Management
* Organize and manage virtual and in\-person meetings
* Prepare agendas and meeting materials
* Take, organize, and distribute meeting notes
* Track action items and follow up on deliverables
* Maintain communication flow across leadership, clients, and project teams
Project \& Operational Support
* Support the PCD on special projects and organizational initiatives
* Assist with research, reporting, and documentation
* Prepare presentations, reports, and operational briefs
* Support workflow organization and deadline management
* Coordinate administrative follow\-up on key initiatives
Travel \& Logistics Coordination
* Coordinate domestic travel for the PCD and leadership team
* Manage itineraries, accommodations, and travel logistics
* Support event planning and engagement logistics as needed
* Assist with vendor and contractor coordination
Records \& Systems Management
* Maintain secure electronic filing and documentation systems
* Manage administrative records and archives
* Organize digital files, templates, and company resources
* Support internal organization and document control
* Assist with implementation and maintenance of administrative systems
Qualifications
* Two or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms
* Associate degree or higher preferred
