About NeoReachNeoReach is a creator-technology company and influencer marketing leader trusted by Fortune 500 brands, global enterprises, and disruptive startups to deliver campaigns that move culture and drive real business outcomes.We blend agency excellence with technology innovation, powering programs through proprietary creator-data infrastructure, performance tools, AI-enabled workflows, and a platform ecosystem that makes influencer marketing more intelligent, more scalable, and more ROI-driven.As we continue to grow our Talent Management division, we're looking for a Talent Coordinator to support creator partnerships, campaign execution, and talent operations across our roster.Role OverviewThe Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Talent Management team while helping execute brand partnerships and creator initiatives across a diverse roster of talent.This is a highly execution-focused role centered around campaign coordination, creator support, relationship management, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Talent Managers throughout the lifecycle of creator partnerships while gaining hands-on experience in talent representation, brand negotiations, and creator business development.This role is designed as a long-term growth opportunity. High performers will have a clear path toward becoming a Talent Manager as they develop expertise in creator partnerships, negotiations, and talent strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Partnership ManagementManage brand partnerships from contract execution through campaign completionCoordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, content reviews, and posting schedulesServe as a liaison between creators, brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothlyTrack campaign progress and proactively identify potential risks or blockersMonitor campaign milestones and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilledSupport campaign reporting and recap preparation following campaign completionTalent Management SupportSupport Talent Managers in the day-to-day management of creator relationshipsMaintain regular communication with creators and provide ongoing support throughout active partnershipsAssist with creator onboarding, planning, and business development initiativesCoordinate creator opportunities including events, appearances, gifting campaigns, brand trips, and other unpaid opportunitiesHelp maintain creator materials including media kits, case studies, audience insights, and partnership one-sheetsParticipate in talent calls, meetings, and planning sessions while maintaining organized notes and follow-up actionsCreator Growth & StrategyMonitor creator content performance, platform trends, and emerging opportunities within the creator economyAssist in researching brand prospects and partnership opportunities aligned with creator goalsSupport proactive outreach efforts and partnership ideationHelp identify opportunities for audience growth, revenue diversification, and long-term creator developmentStay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practicesOperations & Administrative SupportMaintain internal trackers, campaign documentation, and creator recordsCoordinate contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and campaign logisticsEnsure all creator and campaign information is accurately maintained across internal systemsSupport reporting, deliverable collection, and performance trackingCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, campaign management, and finance teamsProfessional DevelopmentGain exposure to partnership negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuringLearn contract fundamentals and creator partnership best practicesAssist with rate benchmarking and market researchGradually take ownership of smaller creator opportunities and negotiations as experience developsDevelop the skills necessary to transition into a Talent Manager roleSuccess CriteriaConsistent execution across active creator campaignsStrong organization and attention to detail across multiple prioritiesTimely and professional communication with creators, brands, and internal stakeholdersAccurate tracking of deliverables, contracts, and campaign milestonesDemonstrated growth in creator management, partnership strategy, and negotiation fundamentalsPositive creator and client experiences throughout campaign executionRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred0-2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, talent management, public relations, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fieldsInternship experience within creator economy, entertainment, marketing, talent management, or agency environments is a plusStrong interest in social media, creators, digital culture, and influencer marketingSkills & QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility t
