The startup is looking for an experienced HR leader to cover Greater China / APAC and to help the company scale.ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Global Head of HR and lead a team of 4-5 HR professionals.Collaborate closely with the Global Head of HR to craft and execute HR strategies that support the company's rapid growth and evolving business goals.Develop and implement tailored HR policies, procedures, and initiatives for the company’s offices in Greater China and 1-2 key Southeast Asian marketsOversee the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to designing effective performance management and employee development programsManage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive, engaging work culture to retain our best peopleEnsure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across the regionStreamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and record-keepingServe as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven HR insights and recommendationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field15+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling the HR function in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentHands-on experience developing HR strategies and programs from the ground up in a startup settingExcellent understanding of labor laws and regulations across Greater China and/or APACExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skillsFluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin / Putonghua)Apply / Refer a FriendInterested parties, please send your CV / LinkedIn profile to Scarlett Chan at s@kingdeux.com or apply directly.
