Occupational Therapist

**Overview** Spectrum Therapy Services is a privately owned practice in the State of Virginia. We consist of OTR's, PT's, and SLP's. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 1099 contracted service to cover the Virginia Beach territory, for a full time caseload for immediate hire. Sign on bonus offerred. This position entails on\-site, tele\-health and remote work, and the candidate must be licensed in the state of Va. This postion on site, telehealth and remote work. The territory is Tidewater. Please only apply if you have the ability to reside in the Va Beach area and engage in in person visits, as well as remote and TH work! This is for FULL TIME applicants only for IMMEDIATE hire. You must have availability for full time hours. New grads are welcome! Come join the luxuries of being a contractor \- set your own schedule, work your own hours, get paid to work from your home plus travel time, full of flexible options where you are in control of your schedule! **Skills** * Proficiency in various occupational therapy practices. * Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability is highly beneficial. * Strong observational skills, communication skills, interpreting data and report writing skills, problem solving skills, and out of the box approach to providing consultative services to clients and carevivers across many settings. * Comfort level of working in a variety of settings, self directed but fully participating with other therapists and owner through Teams for co\-visits, highly organized and a comfort level of working independently for the greater part of each day. * Compassionate approach with a focus on client\-centered care.
