Success in this role is measured through customer retention, revenue growth, and delivering an incredible customer experience.A typical day will include...Managing a portfolio of SMB customers, driving retention, renewals, and account growthBuilding trusted relationships with key stakeholders and acting as the primary post-implementation contactConducting regular business reviews to understand customer goals, product adoption, and account healthIdentifying upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities that maximise customer value and business outcomesDeveloping retention strategies for at-risk accounts and executing plans to minimise churnProviding best practice guidance and workflow recommendations to help customers maximise their Bullhorn investmentPartnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experienceMaintaining accurate account plans, forecasts, risks, and opportunities within Bullhorn CRMThis role is a fit for you if...You have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or another customer-facing commercial roleYou have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships that drive retention and revenue growthYou enjoy consultative selling and helping customers solve business challengesYou are comfortable identifying and progressing commercial opportunities through to closeYou have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsYou are highly organised and able to manage a busy portfolio of customer accountsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and can successfully balance multiple prioritiesYou are curious, resilient, and committed to continuous learning and developmentBonus points for...Experience working within SaaS or another technology environmentExperience within the staffing and recruitment industryExperience using CRM platforms or customer success toolsExperience using AI tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, or account planningThe annual base salary for this position is $47,000.
