Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing motorcoach company. This role is responsible for following up on inbound leads / existing quotes, gathering feedback on open quotes, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to booking.Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ESTKey Responsibilities:Lead / Quote Follow-Up & ConversionFollow up on existing quotes at pre-determined timesEngage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelinesConvert qualified leads into booked reservationsCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customersMaintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycleProvide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable serviceObjection Handling & ClosingAddress customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safetyReinforce company value propositions (safety record, reliability, service quality)Proactively close sales and secure depositsLead Management & CRM TrackingMaintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systemTrack lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomesEnsure no opportunities fall through the cracksFeedback Collection & Continuous ImprovementGather feedback from lost or inactive leadsIdentify trends in objections or lost businessProvide insights to management to improve pricing, service, and sales strategyQualifications:2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experienceStrong phone presence and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable using CRM systems and sales toolsAbility to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectivelySelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Outbound calls made on timeConversion ratesContact rateQuote to ReservationQuote to Re-QuoteFollow-up completion rateCustomer satisfaction scoresAbout 1840 & Company1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
