**Human Resource Consultant 3 \| Training and Development Unit****Full Time \| Permanent****Salary Range: $5,888 \- $7,921 Monthly** **This is a telework/hybrid position. The candidate of choice may work from anywhere within the state of Washington with a reliable internet connection. Travel may be required.** **This position is represented by the Washington Federation of State Employees bargaining unit.**

If so, the Training and Development Unit is searching for the next **Human Resource Consultant 3**! The goal of this role is to review and monitor the quality of course assignments, data entry, auditing, class/course creation, and tracking/reporting of personnel, registrations, and activities entered into the Learning Center and related programs in the Learning Management Center!
The Training and Development Unit (TDU) Training and Information Management Team (TIMT) is responsible for the course configuration, assignment delivery, and compliance documentation for all online and instructor\-led courses within the agency. The Human Resource Consultant 3 supervises team members who work with the Learning Center, HRMS, EasyVista, Active Directory and other DOC information management system, in addition to supervising the use of the agency\-wide training helpdesk which handles all training service requests and resolutions, including course/class builds, LC errors, system navigation, training, and course troubleshooting.
As part of the TIMT management team, the Human Resource Consultant 3 works closely with the Training Information Manager to ensure training is developed, configured, assigned and/or made available to the applicable agency staff. You will serve as a “bridge” between TIMT’s Customer Support Team and System Admin Team and work collaboratively to ensure all programs in DOC are supported in their use of the LC.
