You thrive in Professional Services because you like taking a client need, turning it into a clear technical plan, and then delivering the work in a way that is secure, well\-documented, and easy for the client to understand. You have moved beyond routine Microsoft 365 administration. You can assess an environment, identify gaps, design secure configurations, implement advanced Microsoft capabilities, and explain why those decisions matter to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working across identity, endpoints, data protection, collaboration, logging, monitoring, compliance, privacy, and security operations. You enjoy the challenge of a fast\-paced MSP environment where every client is different and the work matters. You can lead projects, troubleshoot complex issues, communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and partner well with internal teams.
