This position develops and drives sourcing strategies for local & regional initiatives for Facility Management Services that drive value to JLL and our clients.Strategic Sourcing planning and delivery tasks include:Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with internal Facilities Management teams and clients to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations by understanding their business needs and prioritiesBring strategic thought leadership to account to identify cost and operational efficiencies as it relates to Sourcing or Contract Management activities.Develop category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies.Assess and build annual sourcing initiatives that provide detailed service commodity strategies that identify objectives, leveraged spend initiative, and milestone timelinesLead the development of change management plans associated with sourcing activities to ensure timely communication and engagement of key stakeholders (operational and otherwise) throughout the life of the sourcing initiatives (from planning to execution). Meet with JLL and Client Leadership to review progress and engage them to advocate and sponsor changeContract Management tasks include:Administer and maintain Supplier contract files to ensure compliancy and all necessary contract documentation requirementsEnsure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and proceduresConduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvementsConduct local and regional Supplier Performance review meetings, when requested, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers. Lead reporting of results and opportunitiesProvide management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectationsEstablish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk managementAny and all other duties and tasks assignedEstablish contracts with selected service providers in specific markets.Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed throughout Client accountAssist with the execution of strategies and business processes for new supplier evaluation, risk assessment and supplier performance management.Oversee management of new supplier on boarding including JLL system setups, supplier rollout and transition supportSupply Chain performance tasks include:Manage supplier relationships. Understand, track, and mitigate key risks related to our supply chain partners. Report results and identify opportunities for improvements on a regular basis.This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:93,060.00 – 136,730.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
