You will play a critical role in keeping everything organized and efficient for our internal and external teams. What you'll doWork cross-functionally across our team to help ensure projects are completed on time and within the scopeCollaborate between internal team and clients to define the project timelines, objective, scope and any potential resource requirementsMaintain project plans and timelines (via our project management tool Monday.com) to keep everyone on trackIdentify any potential project risks as they arise and help recommend solutions to these unexpected risksServe as the primary client contact to confirm receipt for all tasks, assign due dates, and ensure our team understands the task at handCreate standardized process documents to ensure optimized and efficient processes for current and future team members to followTake meeting notes and share follow ups with the necessary parties for all meetings that you attendQualificationsStrong communication & interpersonal skills across all mediumsQuick replies in order to keep projects moving forwardTime and project prioritizationExcellent organization abilitiesCan manage multiple active projects at one timeProblem solving & critical thinkingConsistently meet deadlinesEmbrace rapid changePrevious experience working as a project manager in a marketing agencyProficiency with Monday.com (or similar project management tool such as Asana, ClickUp, etc), Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/SlidesProject Manager with certifications (CSM, PMP, MPM, etc) is a plus, but not requiredJoin our team and be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions make a real impact on the success of our clients and our business.Originally posted on Himalayas
