Jr. Project Manager

This is a remote position.Jr. Project ManagerWe are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will assist in coordinating projects across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants to gain experience working on AI, cloud, and data initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers in planning, tracking, and executing AI and data-driven initiativesAssist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and task coordinationCoordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholdersHelp prepare status reports, project documentation, and meeting notesTrack and follow up on action items, risks, and issuesAssist with client communication and meeting coordinationSupport go-live activities and deployment coordinationMaintain project artifacts in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platformsEnsure project documentation and updates are accurate and up to dateHelp drive adherence to project processes and best practices RequirementsRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar rolesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesBasic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)Key Traits for SuccessHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication and collaboration skillsProactive and eager to learnAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindset Originally posted on Himalayas
