We are seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will deliver fully remote text and video-based acute care, encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate must be licensed in NJ. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong rapport with your patients, representing K Health and our clinical partners, while providing world-class remote care. You are comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including pediatrics and mental health.
