We are seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will deliver fully remote text and video-based acute care, encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate must be licensed in NJ. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong rapport with your patients, representing K Health and our clinical partners, while providing world-class remote care. You are comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including pediatrics and mental health. Our virtual clinics are fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff, which greatly reduces your administrative burden.What you'll be doing:Provide text-based and video-based, comprehensive clinical care that encompasses Acute Care, including pediatrics and mental healthMust be able to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours (i.e., 7 am-12:30 pm ET)Conduct video-based Acute Care, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health patient visitsSupport physicians with Epic inbox management (labs, imaging, patient questions, etc.) Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needsPrescribe medication and refills as appropriateDrive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomesElevate remote care; provide compassionate and meaningful careThink on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise or escalate as appropriateCollaborate with Care Team Members Perform against challenging goals with a best-in-class teamWhat we're looking for:5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care settingLicensed in NJMust have min 1 year of experience using Epic EMRMust be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare providerPrimary care experience and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditionsShould be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experienceClean background and medical malpractice historyWilling to commit 40 hours per week, 36 clinical hoursBenefits & Perks:Malpractice insurance coverageWork from anywhere in the USGenerous Paid Time OffPaid parental leave401k benefitCompetitive health, dental, and vision insurance optionsCME Allowance Compensation:$130,000—$150,000 USDWho We Are: Behind every leading health system is K Health’s AI-powered virtual care engine.
