Job Description

The SAP Procure-To-Pay (PTP) Senior Analyst will be a key participant in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionality with SAP supporting the PTP processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex SAP projects and driving process improvements. In this role you will report to the SAP PTP Lead. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Responsible for the design and governance of the SAP S/4 PTP business processes. Deploy and maintain the global business PTP processes. Gather and analyze process gaps between the business needs and the standard global templates. Partners with the PTP business functional team and business SMEs Manage and prioritize the PTP enhancement backlog Lead the development of business cases to articulate how the value of the improvements and opportunities aligns with business vision, strategy, and desired outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and enhance system performance. Work across other functions including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience Minimum of 5 years as a PTP functional analyst/lead in SAP ECC OR S/4HANA Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA implementations Must have experience with a large global company of $1 billion in revenue or more Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality, especially in MM Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects. Experience with SAP Ariba and tools integrating with core PTP functionality such as OpenText VIM SAP certification is a plus Experience in government regulated industries Experience managing a team Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure.
