What You Will Do: Manage an existing portfolio of client accounts valued at approximately $2 million, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal of contracts.Drive revenue growth through successful renewal management, upselling, and cross-selling Talent Neuron solutions to existing clients.Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer retention.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and align solutions with their goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of Talent Neuron solutions,meetingor exceeding client expectations.Track and report on sales performance, ensuring the achievement of both renewal and client growth targets.Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitivelandscapeto articulate strategic insights and drive business growth.Act as a trusted advisor to Chief HR Officers, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and HR Directors to execute impactful enterprise-wide strategies aligned todefinedsuccess outcomes.   Create and manage account plans for clients that align with agreed-upon client business goals. Proactively coordinate with the client to plan and scope service requests andultimately monitorthetimelylifecycle of delivering the scoped service request. Monitor client adoption and usage and proactivelyidentifychallenges that need to be addressed. Identifyand recommendadditionalbest practices and or use cases that a client can explore to become a stronger adopter ofTalentNeuronservices and products.    Liaise between the client and internal Talent Neuron teams and experts to provide insights, solutions, andestablishbest practices while working as an advocate for product evolution. Collaborate strategically with clients to provide ongoing support while driving product adoption and increasing usage over time.   Monitor key metrics and client health scores whileidentifyingrisksforrenewal. Drive client satisfaction by listening, understanding, and acting as the voice of the client within Talent Neuron.    Facilitate recurring calls and quarterly business reviews in partnership with Account Team peers.
