**Responsibilities**

* Lead and supervise a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations
* Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients in multiple languages as needed, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly
* Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
* Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and clients
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and expand account portfolios through strategic management
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in customer service, management, or project management roles with supervising responsibilities
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
* Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
* Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales strategies, and client retention techniques
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
