Affiliate Manager (iGaming/ Philippines)

An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of the prediction markets platform for the position of the Affiliate Manager (iGaming/ Philippines) - Remote (in charge of Asia market).This position is open to candidates in Vietnam and Philippines and should have iGaming/ online casino affiliate networks in the SEA region.Responsibilities:Find and work with new affiliate partners.Create marketing materials for partners.Assist in negotiating agreements with partners.Find and attract new partners to expand our brand.Oversee daily affiliate operations for maximum ROI.Identify and reward top affiliates with incentive programs.Create monthly promos and maintain communication with affiliates.Work closely with teams to enhance web pages, marketing, and campaigns.Develop creative strategies for affiliate recruitment and promotion.Improve the quality of key partnerships.Represent us at events, and stay updated on industry trends.Oversee important accounts to drive business growth.Provide performance reports to the CEO, and ensure timely affiliate payments.Implement strategies for increased traffic in specific areas.Requirements:At least 2 years in iGaming spaceA strong network of industry affiliate connections.Excellent communication skills.Methodical, data-driven, and highly organized work style.Fluency in English.A positive and proactive attitude.Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Currently residing in VietnamFemaleBenefits:Salary + Commission per monthHealth InsuranceUnlimited Paid Time-offsPaid Sick Leaves and Public HolidaysRemoteFlexible working scheduleOriginally posted on Himalayas
