LVH offers the finest curated experiences, unparalleled in-home full services, exclusive home management, and advisory services combined with the latest technology trends.As a member of the Sales Team, Client Relations Director plays a crucial role in creating, managing, and nurturing relationships with new & existing direct clients and partners including:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProspect and develop new client leads in collaboration with the Marketing teamQualify prospective clients to ensure a good fit and long-term partnership potentialWork with the Owner Partner Team to tailor proposals across company offeringsLead the closing process and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payment completionOversee the Experience Team to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded across planning, homes, and staffing servicesBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyaltyEnsure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including booking quotas, prospecting activity metrics, and CSAT scoresCOMPENSATIONCompetitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,400Performance-based bonus structureMinimum of 20 days of paid time off annuallyPaid public holidays in accordance with the Serbian holiday calendarPaid sick leave in accordance with applicable Serbian labor lawWork equipment stipendPrivate health insuranceFlexible work schedule, subject to business needs and management approvalRequirementsSKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS4 or more years of experience in client relationship management or sales in travel, real estate, or another high-value product targeted to high-net-worth individualsProven track record of success in sales and increase in revenue Exceptional verbal and written English communication skillsStrong experience with CRM, presentation, and other online productivity toolsMulti-tasking capabilities and working effectively under deadlines Experience and love for international travel are highly desirableOriginally posted on Himalayas
