To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page: Osaic Benefits.Summary: The Workday Support Specialist/Associate HRIS Analyst reports to the Director, HRIS and is responsible for Tier II production support, HR technology administration, testing, reporting, and foundational Workday configuration activities. This role partners closely with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance business processes, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement of the Workday platform.Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT or related field or equivalent years of experienceResponsibilities: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated cases and requests sent via Help and the Request business processesDiagnose and resolve issues related to Workday business processes, routing rules, notifications, and inbox tasksMonitor and support Workday transactions, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)Document findings, solutions, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency and user experienceCreate and maintain foundational organization structures and assist with core HCM configuration activities under the guidance of Senior HRIS team members. on WorkdaySupport the creation and maintenance of business process notifications, tasks, and document distribution processesPerform core HCM data loads using (EIB) and validate outcomes for accuracyAssist with core HCM builds such as Distribute Documents or Tasks and notificationsCreate and maintain knowledge articles, job aids and standard operating proceduresRecommend opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and support processesParticipate in HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiativesSupport reporting requests through Workday delivered and custom reportsAnalyze data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to identify root causesParticipate in audits and data validation activities to ensure system accuracy and complianceAssist with producing recurring operational and compliance reportsExecute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for Workday releases, enhancements and projects. Operational SupportPerform weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly system tasks (year-end tasks, audits, alert action steps, etc.)Participate in HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiativesBasic Requirements:2 to 3 years experience in HRIS Level 2 support utilizing cases with service level agreements (SLAs)1 to 3 years hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCMProficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboardsStrong Excel and reporting skillsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work across time zonesHighly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable with evolving scope and adapting to additional HRIS skillsetsExperience configuring multiple Workday products preferred but not requiredStrong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindsetProactive, positive, and collaborative approachAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to evolving role scopeStrong commitment to following SOPs, governance standards, and testing proceduresCurrent Employees and Contractors Apply HereOriginally posted on Himalayas
