The Associate General Counsel partners closely with executive leadership, product, and legal operations to embed legal guidance directly into decision-making and product development.This role shapes how legal work is delivered by building scalable, AI-enabled systems that convert repeatable work into structured frameworks, improving speed, consistency, and insight. It plays a central role in aligning legal strategy with business growth, ensuring legal is not a downstream reviewer but an integrated partner.Key areas of impact include commercial contracting strategy, product and AI counseling, legal-enabled risk frameworks, and the development of a high-performing legal team.
