This role requires strong expertise in BIM workflows, collaboration with global teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality design documentation aligned with international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage architectural designs and technical documentation for lighting and built environment projectsLead BIM modeling and coordination using Autodesk Revit and established workflowsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across architecture, lighting design, and engineering functionsPrepare detailed construction drawings and documentation packagesEnsure compliance with international standards and project specificationsCoordinate with global stakeholders and clients across different time zonesSupport project delivery from concept through to executionReview and improve design accuracy, quality, and coordination efficiencyContribute to process improvements and best practices in BIM and design workflowsCandidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related fieldMinimum 7–10 years of professional experience in architectureProven experience working on commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projectsStrong portfolio of international or GCC-standard projects (mandatory)Experience working in collaborative or remote project environmentsSkills & CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows (mandatory)Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction CloudStrong expertise in technical documentation and construction drawingsAbility to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, global environmentPreferred QualificationsExposure to UAE / Dubai Municipality BIM standards or ISO 19650Experience working with Middle Eastern clientsKnowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, or parametric design toolsUnderstanding of sustainable and innovative design practicesWhat We're Looking ForWe value professionals who demonstrate precision, initiative, and strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.
