**Senior Performance Test Engineering Lead \|\| Middletown, PA \|\|** **Remote Position w/ occasional travel\*** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineering Lead to lead enterprise\-level performance testing for the Journi program. The ideal candidate will have strong NeoLoad expertise, experience with SAP applications, and a proven background in performance engineering and team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and performance optimization. * Develop workload models, performance standards, and capacity planning strategies. * Review application architecture and identify performance bottlenecks. * Lead testing across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, CRM, APIs, middleware, and web applications. * Use NeoLoad to develop testing frameworks and automate performance regression testing. * Collaborate with development, SAP, database, infrastructure, and cloud teams to resolve performance issues. * Present performance results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * 12\+ years of overall IT experience. * 8\+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience. * 5\+ years leading performance testing initiatives. * Expert\-level NeoLoad experience. * Strong knowledge of SAP applications, enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and capacity planning. * Experience with performance monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and scalability testing. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. NeoLoad certification and Azure/AWS certifications are preferred. Interested candidates with strong enterprise performance engineering and NeoLoad experience are encouraged to apply.
