Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper! Are you an organized, detail\-oriented professional? Our real estate investment firm is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support our continued growth. **This is an in\-office position located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC). Remote work is not available.** Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property management transactions * Prepare financial statements and reports upon request * Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow * Assist with budgeting and forecasting upon request * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial recording and reporting What We’re Looking For * Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate or finance * Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment Beneficial Experience * Preparing and filing Form 1099s * Familiarity with insurance documentation and recordkeeping * Loan preparation and related documentation Compensation and Benefits * Pay range of $23\.00–$26\.00 per hour * Health benefits * 401(k) * Exposure to many aspects of real estate investing * Opportunities to grow and expand your knowledge of the real estate investment industry * A collaborative, small\-team environment that values continued education and professional development If you’re interested in the real estate investment industry and would like to apply your skills while expanding your knowledge, we want to hear from you!
