Saturday hours are also available** *Part Time positions = 20 hours per week (benefits eligible!!)* PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.DescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply withevidence based practicesProviding counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapistMaintain own professional development as required by licensing boardComplete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely mannerWorks closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatmentMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresDemonstrates cultural competency and commitment Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent needMaintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients dailyCompensation Range: $65,000-$70,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - Competitive Medical Benefits Package + PTO offeredThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided tocomply withlocal regulations andrepresentsa potential base salary/rate for this role.
