We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.About the RoleThe Partnership Support Specialist supports the Partner Development Managers and Channel Sales team by ensuring contractor partners are successfully onboarded, operationally supported, and positioned to increase funded loan volume.This role is execution-focused and designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will coordinate onboarding logistics, monitor application pipelines, recover stalled deals, maintain CRM accuracy, and serve as a key communication bridge between contractors and internal teams.The ideal candidate enjoys structured processes, tracking performance metrics, and helping sales partners win by removing friction from the loan lifecycle.What You’ll DoSupport onboarding and activation of contractor partners by coordinating training sessions, system access, and required documentationMaintain communication loops between contractors, Partner Development Managers, Loan Officers, Operations, and Support teams Monitor partner pipelines and identify stalled or incomplete applicationsProactively follow up to recover deals and help move applications toward fundingTrack partner usage and adoption metrics, flagging gaps and surfacing growth opportunitiesPull reports, review performance data, and assist in preparing outreach strategiesEnsure Salesforce notes, partner records, and activity logs are clean and up to dateSupport objection handling by providing timely follow-ups and accurate product guidanceEscalate operational or compliance-related issues quickly to appropriate internal teamsHelp standardize onboarding and lifecycle support processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityWhat We Look For2 - 4 years of experience in sales support, partner success, account coordination, lending operations, or similar roleExperience supporting contractor, home improvement, solar, roofing, mortgage, or fintech partners preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable next stepsComfortable managing multiple partners and priorities simultaneouslyProcess-driven and proactive in identifying and resolving issuesSalaryCompensation Range: $50,000 - $55,000/yrVariable: $25,000On-target earnings: $75,000 - $80,000/yr Company equity in the form of RSUsThis is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needsBenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plansCompany HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefitsEmployer-funded life and disability insurance coverage11 Observed Holidays & PTO planUp to 12 weeks paid family leaveContinuing education reimbursementDepending on your residential location certain laws might regulate the way Figure manages applicant data.
