Job SummaryAs a Logistics Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with key clients and driving sales within your assigned territory. You’ll work with a diverse range of customers, offering high-quality products that meet the toughest industry standards. A successful Logistics Sales Representative is a professional salesperson who is self-motivated with a passion for building lasting relationships and a strategic sales drive.Principle Duties and Responsibilities Active sellingBuilds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new business opportunities.Collaborates with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable products for their projects.Becomes the key customer contact, identifying needs, managing expectations and resolving issues through proactive communicationDelivers outstanding customer service by providing timely responses, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Understands the market and keeps customers informedOwns the customer relationshipSolicits sales opportunities with new and existing customersIntroduces new programs to customersCloses on sale opportunitiesManages leads and customers in the Company’s CRM management systemManages aged inventory and accounts receivableStays up-to-date with the latest industry trends to position SunOne Logistics as the go-to choice.Works closely with the internal team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and resolve any product-related concerns.StrategicDevelops programs based off customer needsCreates ongoing and growing businessDevelops a plan for the businessFocuses on targets and updates through CRM management Focuses on meeting business plansConducts Customer Business ReviewsIntroduces New product expansion/marketPrepares various reports and correspondence as requiredPerforms other duties as requiredTrainingWe will provide the necessary training for you to:Generate sales based on company standards and expectations.Negotiate with customers to grow sales.Understand the importance of gross margin and the company’s collection process.BehaviorWe expect you will be:Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spiritResponsible and trustworthy to work under little supervisionHighly motivated and enthusiasticGood interpersonal skills and good communicatorTeam player and goal-orientedReliable and maintain good attendanceProfessional and respectfulAble to pass a drug testQualificationsWork Experience, Certifications and EducationMinimum 3 years of work experience in customer service.Working experience in sales, preferably with product, industry, and market knowledge..Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience is preferredUnderstanding of basic accounting and business concepts.Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.Competencies Achievement, motivation and perseveranceComposure and resiliencyInfluence and persuasionInitiating actionNegotiatingRelationship building
