The Account Executive, Renewal Sales will work with and support other business areas and senior management to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. What you will do:Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accountsDrive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customersProvide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patternsServe as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities, leverage business from new and established relationships, and strategize, negotiate, and close business. Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiriesCollaborate and work with different members (Underwriting, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic financial plans for customersEducate and effectively communicate to customers the value of Cash AdvanceDevelop trusted internal and customer relationships to created win-win sales relationshipsEffectively manage a pipeline working within a defined sales processProperly communicate the status of a deal to internal management included senior leadership with realistic timelines and hurdles to the overall success of a particular dealWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services and/or consultative sales with demonstrable experience deliveringYou have experience (and should enjoy!) collaborating with internal sales teamsExperience selling that can be used across multiple products. You have experience selling across different industriesAbility to engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle including Legal, IT, Security, and FinanceEffective in (and should enjoy!) collaborating with internal sales teamsExperience engaging and building a presence with customers using communication toolsUnderstanding of and experience with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountabilityAbility to compute basic business mathPreferred Skills:Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work on multiple projectsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM, pricing, equipment, and/or gatewaysStrong interpersonal skills and professionalismConsultative selling experienceProspecting skillsCompetitive spiritResourcefulWelcoming of feedback / coachingDrive for hitting your metricsSolution selling abilityDiscovery skillsObjection handling skillsPlanning and closing skillsCan collaborate and influence in a team environmentKapitus Total Rewards Package Includes:Competitive Base Salary Range of $55,000 + Commission. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law.
