Job Description

We're looking for a US Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates across technical, sales, and engineering roles for US-based clients and teams. You will own the full recruiting cycle from outbound sourcing and pipeline building through screening, interview coordination, and offer support, working multiple active roles simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.This is a high-output, ownership-driven role. You need to be comfortable sourcing across job boards and professional networks, conducting screening calls, managing candidate pipelines in an ATS, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
