Job Description SummaryThe Asia Indirect Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories (e.g., IT, HR services, facilities, marketing, professional services) within the Asia region. This role drives cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with global procurement policies while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities1. Strategic Sourcing & Category ManagementDevelop and implement regional sourcing strategies aligned with global category strategiesManage end-to-end sourcing (RFx, negotiation, contracting) across indirect categoriesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and deliver annual productivity targets2. Supplier ManagementBuild and maintain strategic supplier relationships across AsiaLead supplier evaluation, selection, and performance management (KPIs, SLAs)Drive supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement3. Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business leaders (Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to understand requirementsAct as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on sourcing strategies and market insightsManage cross-functional alignment across multiple countries4. Contracting & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and governance (e.g., Ariba, ERP systems)Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial and legal termsMitigate risks related to supply continuity, legal, and regulatory requirements5. Regional LeadershipManage sourcing activities across multiple Asia countries (SEA, India, China, etc.)Drive standardization, process improvements, and best practices across the regionSupport transformation initiatives (digital procurement, automation, analytics)6.
