Salesforce Architect :Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for A Salesforce Architect to be part of making this happen. Primary Responsibilities and DutiesWork with Business Applications Leadership to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management.Manage new releases of Salesforce and efficiently roll out new features.Demonstration of a disciplined change control process.Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce architectures across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and integrated systems.Knowledge and understanding of all integrations that exist within your tool set and how changes, enhancements and new functionality adds mesh with and possibly affect the AWN application ecosystem.Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, high performing technical solutions.Define integration patterns, data models, and system interactions following Salesforce best practices.Responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce application platform.Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processesResponsible for maintaining system security and integrity.Create and manage necessary documentation regarding Salesforce tool management.Troubleshoot all outages and produce root cause analysis reports as needed. This would include the ability to communicate with leaders and/or executive leadership as needed with updates during and after emergency outage windows.Lead install of new Managed Packages, enhancements and tools within Salesforce environment and assist with release prep communication and documentation review.Review and guide solution designs, configuration, and code for quality and performance.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and project teams.Establish development standards, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management standards.Oversee environment strategy, release management, and platform lifecycle processes.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT standards.Communicate complex technical concepts in ways that resonate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging capabilities.Recommend and drive enhancements that improve platform performance and business outcomes.Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.Key SkillsA strategic thinker with strong technical depth and business acumen.Passionate about quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.‑term maintainability.Curious, innovative, and always seeking better ways to leverage Salesforce.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to understand our organization’s business.Ability to understand our Business Tool eco-system.Ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of connected business tools is a plusSolid understanding of how Salesforce connects to other internal applications, including owning the integration user set up and configuration.Ability to manage individual work efforts as part of Jira Sprint/Release process.Collaborative and consultative abilities to work with non-technical end users.Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook.Minimum Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, development, and design.In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.Expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and system integration patterns.Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and governor limits.Experience designing solutions across Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud.Aptitude for eliciting user requirements and developing both process and technical solutionsExperience developing and using Agentforce functionality.Background with DevOps toolsSalesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks or modernization initiatives.Prior work in Agile/Scrum environments.Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification.Detail oriented and self-
