Description: Our company is a growth infrastructure company that helps businesses scale through lead generation, AI automation systems, website design \& development, advertising solutions, and backend revenue support. We work directly with business owners to help them improve customer acquisition, streamline operations, increase profitability, and build more efficient systems for long\-term growth. We are currently expanding our Appointment Setting Division and are looking for motivated, high\-energy individuals who want to grow with a fast\-moving company. The Role: As an Appointment Setter, your role will include: * Identifying and reaching out to business owners * Setting appointments through cold calling, email outreach, social media DM’s, and networking * Building relationships with B2B companies * Introducing business owners to solutions that can help improve growth and operational efficiency * Working alongside our sales team, you set the appointment, we handle the close * Learning our systems, scripts, and outreach frameworks through our training program What We Provide: * Full onboarding and training * Proven outreach scripts and systems * Real\-world sales guidance and mentorship * Leadership support and advancement opportunities * Opportunity to grow into a Marketing Specialists or leadership role Compensation: * Performance\-based compensation * Upfront commissions * Monthly residual income opportunities * Performance bonuses * Leadership and team\-building opportunities This is an independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential based on performance and production.
