You will own project and change management across all of GTM: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.As RevOps continues to drive cross-functional initiatives at scale, we need someone who not only keeps projects on track, but who can architect and land organizational change with front-line teams and leadership alike. You will work closely with RevOps functional leads and GTM stakeholders at all levels to turn strategy into execution.The ideal candidate is process and data-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity at all levels, and has a bias toward action. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how Dutchie's customer facing teams operate and grow.
