Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and elevating content standards across all channels while supporting cross-functional marketing initiativesCore Responsibilities (with percentage allocations)Content Strategy & Copywriting – 40% Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives Write high-performing copy for social media, website pages, and PR initiatives Craft compelling hooks, headlines, and CTAs optimized per platform Ensure all content is persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused Content Planning & Execution – 25% Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals for timely publishing Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all outputs Oversee execution of scheduled content and campaigns Performance Tracking & Optimization – 15% Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement Analyze insights to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and experimentation Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Support – 10% Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders on campaigns Support internal and external marketing initiatives Provide direction and feedback to junior team members or interns Automation & AI Integration – 10% Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and workflows Build and implement automation processes for marketing efficiency Continuously explore tools to enhance productivity and scalabilityRequirementsMust-Haves (Required) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing social media and website copy Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to tone and grammar Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentNice-to-Haves (Preferred)Experience with social media scheduling tools and content calendars Familiarity with SEO principles and website copy optimization Experience working in startups or high-growth environments Exposure to brand systems an
