Build real-world experience that strengthens your resume and launches your career.The Real-World Project Experience is a six-week virtual cohort program where students and recent graduates work in teams on structured challenges inspired by issues organizations are actively navigating across climate, energy, workforce, infrastructure, operations, and community impact.Participants complete Green Career Essentials training, collaborate through live cohort sessions, engage with guest speakers and professionals, and develop portfolio-ready project work they can use in future applications and interviews.MobilizeGreen is a national nonprofit that prepares emerging professionals for meaningful careers through learning experiences, career development, and workforce pathways. Through partnerships with employers, universities, and communities, MobilizeGreen helps participants build skills, confidence, and practical professional experience.Your Experience:As a participant, you will join a cohort-based experience designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and professional skills while working on a structured real-world challenge.
