Entry Level Business Analyst

**Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders * Translate business needs into clear **user stories**, **use cases**, and **acceptance criteria** * Support data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements to operational processes * Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives * Assist in **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** planning, execution, and defect tracking * Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders, development, and QA teams * Maintain requirement traceability and supporting documentation **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills * Basic understanding of **Agile methodologies** and **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)** * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in cross\-functional teams * Keen interest in **financial systems**, **enterprise platforms**, or business applications * Attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work.
