The Lawyer - Innovation and AI Adoption serves as both product expert and legal practice expert, educating and building relationships with customers, partnering as a trusted advisor to ensure lawyers successfully adopt our services in their legal practice. ResponsibilitiesDirecting the adoption and integration of Lexis+ AI with Protégé into legal practices and lawyer tasks, processes and workflowsDelivering a superior customer experience for Lexis+ AI with Protégé based on a deep understanding of lawyers’ legal practice needs, expectations and goalsGrowing usage and adoption of LexisNexis services with our customersImplementing customer onboarding, training, support, maintenance, data analysis and usage-driving activities for assigned customer accountsPreparing and delivering customer presentations to drive adoption and communicate our value propositions and differentiatorsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key contacts and decision makers within customer organizationsAssist in developing and executing an account management strategy that drives retention, renewal, adoption, and growthAssist in the development of online resources and content, such as videos, reference guides, emails, social media posts and in-product messagesBring meaningful insights from the customer and the market into the business to help improve our products and market knowledgeRequirementsA J.D. or LL.B degreeRecent experience in legal practice at a large law firmIn-depth understanding of law firm operations and trends affecting the legal industryAbility to create and present materials and presentations to an executive level audience using both written and verbal communication skillsExperience and ability in building customer relationshipsExcellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilitiesWritten and verbal communication skills in French are an assetKnowledge of corporate legal department operations is an assetBe able to travel up to 10% of the timeWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization, with various flexible and remote working options available to employeesWorking with UsLexisNexis Legal & Professional is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
