Looking for a nurse that can work several days per week to cover a leave, September through December. In January it will be 1 to 2 days a week, 10 hour day shifts. Weekday day shifts only. Nurses who work in home care enjoy the time and freedom to focus on a single client's needs. Private Duty Nursing duties may include administering medical treatments as ordered by the physician, vent cares, suctioning, G\-Tube cares, , exercise program and providing personal cares. The nursing process includes the documentation of human responses to actual or potential health problems in the home health environment. This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions. Collaborates with patient/resident and family, other inter\-professional colleagues, such as physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned setting. Cares for patients/residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow\-up for patients/residents in the home setting. Responsible
