This role combines deep technical capabilities with strategic thinking to identify, design, and implement scalable AI solutions across business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze enterprise-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities to identify automation opportunitiesDesign and implement AI-driven strategies using GenAI and agentic systems to optimize operationsDevelop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operationsTranslate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goalsDesign, build, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world business applicationsDevelop GPT-based solutions, including:Text generation and summarizationContextual search and embeddingsMultilingual translation systemsContinuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracyBuild and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflowsDevelop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision-makingPerform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environmentsDeploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure) Technical SkillsStrong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AIExperience with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architecturesProficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering toolsHands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platformsExperience building data pipelines and analytics dashboardsAbility to map business processes to AI-driven solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience driving enterprise automation initiativesBlanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
