Bookkeeper

This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a fast\-paced environment dedicated to excellence and integrity. **Duties** * Record and process journal entries using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Quicken * Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments * Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify financial integrity * Prepare financial reports, including statements related to budgets, cash flow, and other key metrics * Maintain compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and governmental accounting standards where applicable * Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other technical accounting functions as needed **Requirements** * Proven experience with bookkeeping, including double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting * Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms * Knowledge of financial concepts including debits \& credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation * Familiarity with governmental accounting practices and non\-profit accounting is a plus * Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks * Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously * Effective communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and collaborating with team members * Prior experience in public accounting or corporate accounting environments preferred Join us in delivering precise financial management that drives organizational success!
