If you are in pursuit of a career with boundless growth potential, this is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a large organization with a startup culture.Job ResponsibilitiesLead a cross‑disciplinary Agile development team of up to eight people, including React and Python Developers, Automation Engineers, and Product OwnersParticipate in architecture and design sessions to support the development of new platform featuresGuide the personal and professional development of all team members across all specialismsCollaborate with business stakeholders and the Product Management team to define and refine the long‑term platform roadmapHire, mentor, and retain talented software professionals across multiple functional areasWork closely with other technical stakeholders to ensure CI/CD workflows operate efficiently and effectivelyEstablish, track, and maintain application performance objectives, including monitoring and optimisation activitiesQualifications and SkillsA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a software leadership role (required for Manager‑level positions)High‑energy, proactive, and approachable personality with a passion for solving a diverse range of challengesStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of Scrum, architectural concepts, and associated terminologyHands‑on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably ReactKnowledge of Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI is a plusExperience with cloud technologies such as AWS, AzureKnowledge of object‑oriented languages such as Java and/or C# is an advantageFamiliarity with relational database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL ServerThe Compensation range for this role is 25,000zl up to 30,000zl per month or 300,000zl up to 360,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
