One Voice: Collaboration makes us stronger.Job Responsibilities:Shaping our Sales Playbook: You will organize and update presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, and FAQs, ensuring the sales team always has the right materials at their fingertips.Localizing content for the Italian market: You will adapt global presentations, product documentation, and training materials to make them relevant, clear, and resonant for Italian merchants (using local examples, language, and case studies).Building and maintaining our knowledge base: You will centralize processes, scripts, and best practices in a single repository, ensuring organization, clarity, and ease of search for all go-to-market teams.Supporting team onboarding: You will contribute to creating checklists, training paths, and "30-60-90 day" plans for Sales, Partnerships, and Operations, accelerating the integration of new colleagues.Standardizing processes: You will transform ad-hoc activities into clear, repeatable workflows, documenting steps such as lead qualification, demos, proposals, onboarding, and handovers to support.Supporting tools, data, and reporting: You will help with CRM data cleaning, list management, and creating simple dashboards in Sheets/Slides; you will monitor funnel KPIs (leads, conversions, activations) and share insights with the GM and Sales Leads.Collaborating on cross-functional projects: You will support the GM in preparing for meetings, summarizing decisions, following up on action items, and coordinating across functions (product, finance, customer support).Conducting research, benchmarking, and analysis: You will gather competitor best practices and materials, performing simple analyses to improve playbooks, processes, and sales strategy.About You (Who You Are):You are currently enrolled in a degree program (or have recently graduated) in Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or similar disciplines.You are extremely organized, precise, and highly comfortable with PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.You are curious to discover how Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market work from the inside of a fast-growing company.You communicate exceptionally well in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.You are proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to "figure things out on your own" to find a solution.What We Offer:Internship stipend: €800 net per monthMilan: Hybrid work setupAn international environment where you can learn quickly and grow even fasterA rapidly expanding European fintech scale-up where you can see your impact from day oneReal-world experience in building sales processes and growing a modern go-to-market strategyA team that supports, guides, and promotes collaborationA role that allows you to develop highly in-demand skills across Sales, Operations, and Project ManagementTeya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work.
