As a Study Release Engineer, you will play a critical role in deploying and troubleshooting clinical study software across multiple environments, ensuring seamless integrations and supporting global clinical trials. Your expertise will help accelerate life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.What We OfferCompetitive pay and incentivesProvident fund and medical insuranceEngaging employee programs and local eventsModern office spaces and remote work flexibilityWhat You’ll Be DoingDeploy clinical study software into Dev, Staging, UAT, and Production environmentsSupport and resolve product-related issues during implementation, deployment, and post-deployment phasesInterface with engineering teams and maintain documentation for configuration and installation qualification of new software and hardwareDeploy SQL scripts as part of the clinical study release processConfigure web servers for study deploymentsMentor and train new team membersAssist the manager in developing training materials and implementing internal checklists and best practicesWhat We Look ForBS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience4–7 years of experience with Microsoft server operating systems, IIS, .NET, and Apache Tomcat applicationsStrong understanding of VMWare, Load Balancer, and firewallsExperience running and writing SQL scripts against relational database servers (2+ years)Familiarity with configuration and release automation tools and scripting (Ruby, Perl, Bash, Python preferred)Skilled in organizing, planning, and problem-solvingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
