**Social Media Content Manager** -------------------------------- Remote (CT is preferred) / Contract (40 hours/week, 12\+ Months) ### **The role** We’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager to support a fast\-growing, services\-based brand building its in\-house marketing team and expanding brand awareness. In this role, you’ll own the day\-to\-day execution of the brand’s social media program across national and local channels. You’ll create and publish content, package assets for franchise deployment, coordinate with internal and agency partners, and track performance to improve results. This is a hands\-on role supporting an always\-on social program for a multi\-location brand. You move fast, stay organized, and deliver consistent, high\-quality output while maintaining brand standards. Our ideal candidate feels fluent in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or other similar LLMs. ### **What you’ll do** * Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions in line with brand voice and customer experience standards. * Develop and manage the national social media content calendar aligned with marketing priorities and seasonal campaigns. * Create and publish social content across priority platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile, with additional support across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn as needed. * Package and distribute national content for scalable use across franchise locations while maintaining brand standards. * Repurpose campaign assets, service footage, and brand content into engaging social\-first formats. * Track social performance metrics and build regular reporting to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. * Coordinate with internal marketing teams and agency partners to ensure content accuracy, alignment, and timely execution. ### **About you** * 5\+ years of experience managing social accounts in an in\-house or agency * Strong experience creating social\-first content, including short\-form video and platform\-specific formats. * Excellent copywriting skills tailored to social media platforms. * Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut * Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support content creation and workflow efficiency. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. ### **About us** At Sandy, we specialize in connecting forward\-thinking companies with exceptional creative talent.
