This role sits at the intersection of data, CRM, and marketing, with a strong focus on transforming data into actionable insights that drive consumer engagement, personalization, and business growth.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including media, CRM, content, and brand, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze large datasets across CRM, media, and digital platforms to uncover actionable insightsDevelop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs (acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion)Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for stakeholders2. CRM & Consumer AnalyticsSupport segmentation strategies (e.g., lifecycle, behavioral, RFM models)Analyze consumer journeys across channels such as WhatsApp, email, and webIdentify opportunities for personalization and next-best-action strategies3. Campaign Measurement & OptimizationMeasure performance of CRM and digital marketing campaignsConduct A/B testing and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizationCollaborate with media teams to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI4. Data Management & IntegrationWork closely with data engineering and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencySupport integration of multiple data sources (CDPs, CRM platforms, media platforms)Ensure proper data governance and compliance with privacy regulations5.
