Nurse Practitioner for Telehealth Consultations NJ licensed

We are a modern telehealth and mobile wellness practice operating across NJ and NY. We specialize in GLP\-1 weight loss programs, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and IV wellness — delivered through a streamlined, tech\-forward patient experience. We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, motivated NP to join our clinical team. What You’ll Do * Conduct telehealth consultations for GLP\-1 weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide), peptide protocols, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) * Complete patient intake reviews, eligibility assessments, and informed consent * Prescribe and manage treatment plans within evidence\-based clinical protocols * Document all encounters in our EHR with accuracy and timeliness * Provide async follow\-up, prescription management, and patient support as needed You’re a Fit If You * Hold an active, unrestricted NP license in NJ (multi\-state a plus) * Have experience or strong interest in functional medicine, weight loss, hormones, or longevity * Are comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting * Communicate clearly and efficiently — with patients and with our team * Want flexible hours without the overhead of a brick\-and\-mortar practice Pay: $60\.00 \- $85\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
