Narvar is growing! Narvar is looking for an entrepreneurial, impact-driven Principal Product Manager to lead Narvar Secure, our rapidly growing shipping insurance solution for e-commerce retailers. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own the end-to-end strategy to scale adoption, transform onboarding into a seamless self-serve experience, and optimize conversion flows that directly drive revenue for both Narvar and our merchants.You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about crafting seamless, user-centric experiences, making data-informed decisions, and solving complex integration challenges at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Merchant Growth: Lead product initiatives that accelerate retailer adoption and reduce friction across the onboarding journey.Build Self-Serve Experiences: Redesign the onboarding process into intuitive, low-touch workflows that enable merchants to launch independently.Boost Attach Rates: Optimize messaging, design, and funnel performance to increase the percentage of orders with shipping protection.Lead Technical Integrations: Own integration strategies across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), support tools (e.g., Zendesk), ERPs, and Narvar’s internal product suite (e.g., Narvar Shield).Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.What Success Looks LikeRevenue Growth: Demonstrated impact on Narvar Secure revenue through product-led initiatives and funnel optimization.Rapid Merchant Activation: Increased volume and velocity of new merchant launches through scalable self-serve onboarding.Higher Attach Rates: Ongoing improvements in conversion driven by UX experimentation and A/B testing.Expanded Platform Support: Broader 3rd-party integration coverage that reduces lift for retailers and increases market reach.Required Qualifications10+ years of product management experience with proven delivery of revenue-driving featuresDeep understanding of e-commerce and merchant workflows5+ years in e-commerceStrong technical intuition; comfortable managing integrations and backend complexityDemonstrated success optimizing UX and improving conversion ratesExperience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to guide roadmap decisionsExcellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teamsPreferred QualificationsDirect experience owning buy path e-commerce flowsComfort with data tools like SQL, Looker, or similarBackground in shipping, insurance, or risk-related fintech productsFamiliarity with insurance operations such as claims or complianceExperience with transactional or add-on revenue modelsKnowledge of platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or BigCommerceTrack record of building and managing third-party integrationsAbout Narvar SecureNarvar Secure enables ecommerce retailers to offer shipping protection at checkout, providing peace of mind for customers while unlocking a new revenue stream for merchants.
