Together, we are building a future of health that is better and more accessible for all.To learn more about Care Access, visit www.CareAccess.com.How This Role Makes a DifferenceAs a People & Talent Administrator at Care Access, you will play a dual role in supporting both recruitment and HR administrative functions across several international locations outside the US, including Poland, the UK, and other countries. Reportingtothe Director, Global HRBPyou will be instrumental in helping scale our growing team by identifying top talent and ensuring smooth HR operations. This is a dual focus role with responsibilities flexing between recruitment and people administration based on business needs, with a particular emphasis on supporting Poland and the UK.How You'll Make An ImpactPeople Administration Responsibilities:Support payroll consolidation processes in collaboration with external vendors. Manage local employment contracts, documentation, and HR records in line with GDPR and local regulations. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions. Support health and safety compliance efforts in line with local regulations. Track and manage employee absences and leave requests. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across HR processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure HR operations run smoothly. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:Champion employer branding and ensure a strong candidate experience across OUS markets. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop selection criteria. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to facilitate a positive candidate experience. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes. Assist in other talent acquisition activities and special projects such as campus hiring, recruitment campaigns, or entry into new markets. The Expertise RequiredStrong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Knowledge of HR administration practices, especially in Poland and the UK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Workday and Greenhouse preferred). Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs. Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. English & Polish language fluency is essential. Experience supporting international HR operations is a plus. Familiarity with local labour laws and HR practices in Poland and the UK is highly desirable.
